1. Grain flour products processing
Grain has rich nutrition and good health care effect. It can be eaten directly, but the taste is not so good due to its coarse mouthfeel. We usually mix grain flour with wheat flour and cook it into various kinds of grain food, such as oat pancakes, oat bread, corn bread, corn cake, bean flour cake, sorghum bread and so on. These kinds of grain food is quite popular for its good taste and rich nutrition.

2. Grain snack food processing
We can use grain as raw material and cook it into various kinds of snack food, such as corn flakes, bean nutritional porridge, corn biscuits, corn crisp chips and so on.

3. Special grain health food processing
At present, what we have been researching the most in grain health care is buckwheat food. Many researches consider that bitter buckwheat has prominent curative effect to hypertension and diabetes mellitus. The common buckwheat food is buckwheat instant noodles, buckwheat macaroni, buckwheat cake, buckwheat bread and so on.


4. Grain drinks processing
There are various grain drinks on the market, such as corn and almond tea made by fresh corn and almond, corn ice cream, millet ice cream, barley and coffee drinks and barley health care tea. 5. Other grain food processing

Besides, grain amaranth soy sauce initiates the precedent for natural soy sauce production without artificial color, which ensures the traditional soy sauce luster and attracts the international attentions.
