Lentil peeling machine is designed to peel lentil husks and improve lentil edible and utilization value. It uses high-speed rotating emery roller to cut and rub the lentil cortex continuously, and the process destroys the bonding strength between lentil endosperm and lentil embryo, which can produce qualified hulled lentil. It is composed of charging device, spiral conveyor, hulling chamber, transmission gear, aggregate bin, discharge device and dust catcher. Lentil peeling machine can work independently as a single machine and also can work in the processing plant which consists of other sections, such as cleaning, destoning, brushing and so on.
