Soybean grinder introduction:
Soybean grinder is usually designed as a soybean processing plant, which can process soybean, broad bean, lentil, cowpea, mung bean, black bean and kidney bean into bean kernel, bean grits and flour. This line has the advantages of advanced technology, fine and specialized quality, scientific arrangement, low power and high yield with automatic operation. Soybean grinder technological process introduction:
According to bean structure and the features of bean endosperm and bean skin, we designed this processing plant which includes cleaning, color sorting, peeling, kernel processing and milling and improves the bean processing value.
Soybean grinder working procedure:
1. Cleaning: it removes big and small impurities, dust, stones and magnetism metal by efficient rotary screen, destoner, magnetic separator and so on.
2. Color sorting: it adopts color selector to separate moldy kernel, granules that are not full, and different varieties from the good grains according to material color and luster.
3. Peeling section: three times of peeling, one section for grits processing, grading and suspending.
4. Polishing section
5. Flour milling section: grinding and bolting.
6. Measuring and packing section.
Final products: grade polished beans, bean kernel, bean grits and bean flour.
